Orders will be confirmed once payment is confirmed. If payment is not confirmed within 24 hours we hold the right to cancel your order. We will ship your premium stretch items within 5-7 days from confirmed payment.
We have a no return no exchange policy.
Please make sure to check the size chart to ensure that the size you ordered is the correct one for you. There might be a difference in color (on photo) due to factors such as lighting and etc (to the actual product).
For premium stretch scrubs, we do not allow mismatching of sizes. Items are ready made thus, we do not accept customization and size adjustments. Adjustments only apply to BASIC scrubs.
