We offer a wide range of scrubs, including customizable designs and standard sets. For customized designs, you may send us your reference photo through Facebook or Instagram and we’ll be happy to assist you!
Can I customize my scrubs?
Yes! You may customize your scrub design. However, for sizing, we currently follow our standard size chart. You may view our size chart here

Our scrubs are available in sizes XXS to XXXL.
What materials do you use?
We use comfortable, 4-way stretch fabrics designed to provide flexibility and ease of movement.

Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website, visit any of our stores (Davao, Cebu and Cagayan de Oro), or send us a message through our official Facebook page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, GCash, and bank transfers.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
Our prices are fixed, and we currently do not offer bulk order discounts. We strive to keep our prices affordable despite rising material costs. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I request rush orders?
Yes, but rush orders may include additional fees (₱350/set). Please message us on Facebook for rush orders.
How can I track my order?
You may message us through our official Facebook page for updates on your order. Currently, we do not have a tracking link that shows every stage of your order, but our team will be happy to assist you with any updates.
Shipping and Returns
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping via J&T. You may track your parcel here.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time is 14-20 days.
What is your return/exchange policy?

Pre-ordered items: Returns and exchanges are not accepted, as these items are made specifically for your order.

In-store purchases: Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase.

Errors on our part: If you receive an item with an error on our end, we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.
