1. Do you have on hand items?

Our PREMIUM STRECH are on hand but in limited quantities per batch. Lead time is 14-20 days from confirmed payment.  

Our BASIC SCRUBS are made to order. Lead time is 14-20 days from confirmed payment.  

2. Can I get different size for my top and bottom?

PREMIUM STRECH: No, mismatching of sizes 

BASIC SCRUBS: Yes, mismatching of sizes is allowed

 

3. Do you accept size customization?

Unfortunately, we do not have size customization for now

 

4. How long does it take to get the items?

For PREMIUM STRETCH, we will ship out your items 5-7 days from confirmed payment

For BASIC SCRUBS, lead time is between 14-20 days from confirmed payment

 

5. Where are you located?

We are an E-commerce store located in Davao City

 

6. Do you offer embroidery?

Yes, we do. We charge an additional P120 for the front name and specialty

 

7. Can I request to put our establishment's logo?

Yes, kindly message us on Facebook or Instagram to discuss the layout and costs

 

8. What courier do you use?

J&T and GogoExpress; Shipping every Monday, Wednesday & Friday;

Cut off 2pm (Luzon 7-10 days; Visayas & Mindanao 5-7 days)

 

9. Do you accept design customization?

Unfortunately, we do not accept design customization for now

 

10. Can I choose a different fabric or color that is not posted on your website?

Yes. Let us know the type of fabric or color that you want so that we can check if it is available. Prices will vary depending on the materials used

 

11. Do you accept rush orders?

Due to high volume of orders, we do not accept rush orders

 

PAYMENT

1. What is your mode of payment? 

We accept BDO bank deposit and Gcash payments

Kindly send a photo or a screenshot of your proof of payment to any of our online stores here (IG)

 

2. Do you accept cash on delivery?

No, we don't offer COD. We require full payment upon confirmation of orders

 

3. Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

We only give discounts for BASIC SCRUBS with a minimum of 20 pairs. Kindly message us on Facebook or Instagram to discuss your bulk order requests. 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

We do not accept return or exchange unless the items you received were wrong or damaged. 

Please make sure to check the size chart to ensure that the size you ordered is the correct one for you.

There might be a difference in color (on photo) due to factors such as lighting and etc (to the actual product)
